The project is divided into several different phases, from research activities and scientific investigation including the mapping of medieval heritage sites in collaboration with the CISM to the creation of itineraries for tourists, with appropriate signage and accessible information points. The initiative wants to involve those already working in the area covered by the project (local tourism agencies, municipalities, associations) in programming joint activities, as well as the local population in volunteer activities to support the project. The aim is to increase local cultural tourism through the promotion of an area containing many important medieval sites that visitors often know little about. Langa Medievale also wants to increase awareness among local residents about the historic, environmental and cultural value of their own area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
